MAX PRO PERFORMANCE GOAL SCORING SCHEDULE AT CROWCHILD TWIN ARENA

 

FIRST 16 PLAYERS REGISTERED GET THEIR SPOTS RESERVED FOR THE SESSIONS.

AUGUST 3 TO 13:  Following are the 7 scheduled dates, ice times and format for the Maximum Pro Performance Goal Scoring program coached by former NHL goal scorer Morris Lukowich.

GOAL:  The goal of the practices is to maximize the goal scoring skills, abilities, techniques and strategies for the players. These practices will be "high intensity" in order to get players in shape and prepared for their camps.

FEE PER SESSION:  The fee is $20.00 per practice paid at the rink before the ice time begins.

7 ICE TIMES:  We will do 7 ice times from August 3 to 13.   Maximum of 16 players & 2 goalies.

  

Each practice is 75 minutes and will have 4 sections to it:

00 – 15 minutes:  WARM UP:  Warm up drills focusing on a specific goal scoring skill.

15 – 30 minutes:  MAX GOAL SCORING TIP: 1 Maximum Goal Scoring Tip & Focused Max drill.

30 -- 60 minutes:  SCRIMMAGE:  High Intensity Scrimmage with shifts at 80 second intervals.

60 – 75 minutes:  FLOW DRILLS: 15 minutes of "flow drills" for conditioning skating & scoring.

  5. Tuesday          Aug  10            3:00 to 4:15 p.m.         (Crowchild Twin Arena)
  6. Thursday         Aug  12            2:30 to 3:45 p.m.         (Crowchild Twin Arena)
  7. Friday             Aug  13            2:30 to 3:45 p.m.         (Crowchild Twin Arena)
