Primary Objectives of Hockey Training includes:

Through agility games, and body weight exercises we plan on giving each athlete an opportunity to build on skill sets in a fun environment that will directly affect their on ice performance in a positive way.
Bantam & Midget
Primary Objectives:

- · Power/Endurance
Secondary Objectives:
- · Training to peak for major competitions
Using a High Performance approach we plan on creating a challenging environment that will help inspire each athlete to compete at a higher level in the 2010 / 2011 season. The OFF ICE training will assist the player in being ready for his tryouts.
